European financial institutions and critical infrastructure operators now face binding obligations under DORA and NIS2. DORA requires banks to document operational continuity for ICT systems and third-party dependencies – and regulators are actively inspecting. NIS2 extends similar requirements across energy, water, transport and digital infrastructure. OCTA provides the analytical framework to identify exposure, quantify risk, and produce the documentation regulators are asking for.
